Happy Friday!!!

You all have heard of the No Child Left Behind Act that brought many layers of accountability to schools and school districts. I refer to it, not because of what the act represented, but because of the powerful message behind the words "No Child Left Behind".

Congratulations MLK Jr. Art Contest Winners and Teachers

Congratulations to the students who won or placed in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay/Art contest and whose work will be on display at the Worcester Historical Museum from January 12, 2016 through February 27, 2016. They will be honored on January 30 at the Historical Museum beginning at 1 pm.

Clark University’s Educational Studies Program (ESP) is a student volunteer run organization that hosts Splash. Splash offers a full day of over 100 classes taught by Clark students to over 400 local students in grades 5-12.

When: Sunday, November 15 from 10:00am – 5:00pm

College Readiness Program for Low-Income Students

The Worcester Public Library is partnering with Bottom Line to provide college readiness support to low-income students in the Worcester area. The programs are designed to help students navigate the admissions and financial aid process.
